• Built an effective security team and managed over 100 employees providing services to FDM Group and its clients.

• Driven the global IT security agenda, guiding the executive stakeholders through a transformation of IT Security at FDM.

• Designed and managed a cloud migration of an FTSE 250 organisation.

• Main stakeholder in the delivery of Office 365 and Azure to over 5000 members of staff, saving the business over 1.5 million pounds, which has been key to the success of FDM Group today and has enabled FDM to move to remote working overnight for COVID19.

• Instrumental in the education of the exec and board in GDPR, facilitating the hire of our DPO and driving through IT Security elements of our compliance.
